In2 Innovation is a Strategic New Product Design and Development firm that is passionate about the innovation process, with services ranging from idea generation to production manufacturing. The brainchild of partners Ken Buras and Brian Roderman, In2 Innovation was conceived as a “one-stop-shop” for new product innovation - where clients get more than great product ideas; they get a complete roadmap from concept to cash.

Brian Roderman, Co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of In2 Innovation, is a natural-born designer with an inherent ability to combine artistic vision with complex engineering principles and strategic business goals.
Overseeing the process and design strategies for the organization, along with the operations management for the Dallas office, Brian assures that the creative product of In2 Innovation is always on-target and on the leading edge of design, functionality, and desirability.
Motivated by the passion to “create a product people can’t live without,” Brian has worked in the design consultancy business for over 20 years, and is frequently a featured speaker on design and innovation at events and symposiums worldwide.
He is active with the Industrial Design Society of America (IDSA), having held the positions of Chapter Vice President, Southern District Vice President and Texas Chapter Chair. He is currently serving on the IDSA National Board of Directors as the Professional Interest Section Vice President.

Ken Buras is a global integration expert with an innate appreciation for what drives great design, and a healthy obsession with finding “the best way to do things.” An insightful leader with a broad product development background, Ken has worked with companies of all sizes and scope, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations.
During his 25+ years of experience in developing innovative products, leading teams, developing business strategies and establishing global sourcing and manufacturing networks, Ken has facilitated the development of dozens of products ranging from personal computers and consumer products to high-touch light industrial products.
In 2006, Ken co-founded In2 Innovation, where he is involved in establishing the overall operational strategy for the company, in addition to being responsible for the company’s global manufacturing and sourcing efforts and the operations of the Houston Office.
