IN2 Innovation is an experience innovation design agency. We help companies create and deliver effortless experiences that drive growth for our clients’ brands.  We are looking for a Project / Marketing Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing with strong project management skills to join our multi-disciplinary creative team.

 This role has two primary sets of responsibilities.  First, you’ll manage our social media presence, creating and posting original text / image / video content, as well as responding to followers.  We expect you be and stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.  Overall, you’ll be managing our company’s image, in a cohesive way that successfully delivers on our marketing goals. 

 In this role you will also support our creative (and, to a lesser extent, technical) teams in a project management function.  You’ll work closely with project and design leadership to internally plan and track our portfolio of projects (using our project management software).  This also includes direct client contact via weekly reports.  Your ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a timely manner is a must. 

 In the Project / Marketing Coordinator role, your primary tools will include the Google G Suite, Microsoft Project, Office, the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).  Ideally, you’ll also have experience in project management or have a strong interest in learning project management.

  • Constant Learning.  We expect you to have a baseline of skills, but often new projects require exploring new topics and tools. You’ll help us do new things by being eager to learn and try new approaches


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communication / Advertising or related filed

  • 1-3 years in marketing and/ or social media marketing

  • Experience in project management or have strong interest in learning project management

  • Working with a wide range of media and graphic design software

  • Create marketing materials in print, digital, and video format

  • Thinking creatively and developing new ideas for social media

  • Executes digital and print marketing materials

  • Strong understanding of visual trends related to social marketing and digital platforms

  • Must be willing to travel domestically and potentially internationally

  • Work under supervision and accept feedback

  • Participate in interdisciplinary design teams and reviews

  • Learn and follow company processes for product design and development

  • Additional duties as deemed appropriate


Software Requirements:

  • Adobe Suite (including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • MS Office

  • MS Project is a plus

  • Google G Suite is a plus
